Key Responsibilities:

- Proactively contact potential clients through outbound calls and follow up on incoming inquiries.

- Present and explain the company’s services clearly and professionally.

- Conduct initial consultations to understand customer needs and identify suitable solutions.

- Persuade potential clients to move forward with the company’s services and close sales successfully.

- Handle customer objections and concerns effectively throughout the sales process.

- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects until deal closure.

- Build and maintain long-term relationships with potential and existing customers.

- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, customer status, and sales activities.

- Manage the full telesales cycle from initial contact and qualification through negotiation and closing.

- Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Coordinate with internal teams when required to ensure smooth customer onboarding and service delivery.

- Provide regular updates and reports on pipeline status, conversions, and sales performance.

Requirements:

- Minimum 3+ years of overall sales or telesales experience.

- Previous experience in tourism, travel, immigration services, phone-based services, or similar service industries is preferred.

- Experience in sales over the phone, lead conversion, follow-up, negotiation, and closing deals.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong communication, presentation, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.

- Customer-focused mindset with strong relationship-building skills.

- Ability to manage multiple leads and follow-up activities simultaneously.
