We’re Hiring | Logistics Executive

Decorative Glass is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive *Logistics Executive* to join our team and support import operations, international shipping, and customs clearance activities.

Location:Obour City, Egypt

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate international shipments with suppliers, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and customs brokers.

- Handle import documentation and verify shipping documents for accuracy and compliance.

- Follow up on import procedures using *Nafeza, ACID, and CargoX*.

- Review Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and other required documents.

- Ensure compliance with Egyptian import and customs clearance requirements.

- Monitor shipment schedules, freight costs, and delivery timelines.

- Apply knowledge of Incoterms and coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Minimum *1 year of relevant experience* in logistics, import operations, or freight forwarding.

- Good knowledge of Egyptian import procedures and customs clearance.

- Practical knowledge of Nafeza, ACID, and CargoX.

- Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

- Good English communication skills, written and spoken.

- Strong organizational, analytical, and follow-up skills.

- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple shipments simultaneously.
