Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and perform acceptance testing of medical devices according to manufacturer guidelines. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure equipment reliability and performance. Diagnose technical faults and provide effective troubleshooting and repair solutions. Respond to customer service requests and provide on-site technical support. Prepare accurate service reports, maintenance logs, and equipment history records. Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and company procedures. Maintain strong professional relationships with hospitals, medical centers, and clinical users. Job Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Biomedical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electronics Engineering, or a related field. 1–3 years of experience in medical devices field service. Fresh graduates may be considered. Basic knowledge of hospital environments and medical equipment safety procedures. Good command of both English and Arabic (spoken and written). Ability to troubleshoot and maintain medical devices. Good communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills. Ability to work independently and handle field assignments. Willingness to respond to urgent service requests when required.
