Customer Support Agent

Job Summary

Lenme is seeking experienced calibers for our Experience team who have a passion for building robust scalable software and systems for customer-focused financial products love learning new technologies on the job think creatively to solve complex problems and enjoy working collaboratively.

This role has the option to be remote or based in our Cairo office.

• Manage large volumes of incoming emails chats and other customer communications.
  

• Identify and assess customers needs to achieve satisfaction.
  

• Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
  

• Provide accurate valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.
  

• Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and email handling quotas.
  

• Handle customer complaints provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
  

• Keep records of customer interactions process customer accounts and file documents.
  

• Follow communication procedures guidelines and policies.
  

• Take the extra mile to engage customers.
  

Requirements

• Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative.
  

• Track record of over-achieving quota.
  

• Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  

• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  

• High school degree.
  

• Customer handling experience.
  

• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  

• Ability to multi-task prioritize and manage time effectively.

Required Skills:

1 year building real apps (not just tutorials) Experience with React Native in production You can take a feature from idea shipped Youre comfortable figuring things out without waiting for instructions You care about speed quality and user experience. You want to work in a startup not a corporate environment
