Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Store Section Head, located in Cairo, Egypt. The Store Section Head will be responsible for overseeing daily retail operations within their assigned section, ensuring excellent customer service and merchandising standards. Responsibilities include managing staff performance, organizing and maintaining inventory, delivering training to team members, and driving retail sales. The role requires close collaboration with various departments to optimize store efficiency and meet sales objectives. Mission: Manage the end-to-end flow of dry store items, food, equipment, and spare parts while maintaining optimal stock levels. Reporting: You will report directly to the Manager Catering Cairo. Scope: Oversee purchasing activities, inventory control, and staff coordination to meet production and operational demands.
Key Responsibility • Manage and control inventory flow, equipment, spare parts, and dry store items• Ensure sufficient stock levels and efficient storage operations• Lead stock-taking activities and inventory accuracy• Supervise staff performance, discipline, and training• Maintain hygiene, quality, and safety standards across the section• Coordinate with cross-functional departments to support operational needs• Drive process improvement and operational efficiency
Requirements:• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma• Strong experience in store operations, inventory, or catering operations• Leadership and team management skills• Good English communication skills
