Job Description TP is hiring English Retention Specialist for a launching US account. You will be handling customers concerns, payment status, and sales for one line of business, You should have good intent and skills to provide excellent customer service. Full-time, on-site, voice account, based in New Cairo, Egypt.
We are looking for• English fluent speaker (B1+ or higher)• Flexible with rotational & night shifts• Graduates or Dropouts (above 30 yrs)
Benefits & Salary• Net salary up to 21,000K EGP• Overtime availability paid in equivalent to Dollar• 195€ Quarter Bonus and Profit share (Annual)• Points system granting vouchers• Social & Medical Insurance (up to 400,000 EGP per year)• Transportation in Cairo & Giza (door-to-door for females after 11 PM)• Free gym access
