• Execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities for mechanical equipment and production machinery.

• Troubleshoot mechanical breakdowns and identify root causes to minimize production downtime.

• Monitor the condition and performance of machines and recommend required maintenance or improvement actions.

• Prepare and maintain preventive maintenance schedules and maintenance records.

• Respond promptly to machine breakdowns and coordinate with production to restore operations safely and efficiently.

• Follow up on maintenance work performed by technicians and external contractors.

• Ensure proper availability and usage of mechanical spare parts and maintenance tools.

• Support the installation, commissioning, and modification of new machines and equipment.

• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Electrical, and other departments to resolve operational and technical issues.

• Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and company standards.

• Analyze breakdowns and maintenance data and prepare regular reports and recommendations.

• Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency, reliability, and maintenance cost.

• Ensure proper documentation of maintenance activities, machine history, and technical interventions.

• Participate in emergency maintenance activities when required.

• Support the implementation of 5S, continuous improvement, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Experience in a manufacturing / industrial environment is preferred.

• Good knowledge of mechanical maintenance and industrial machinery.

• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Good understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Good command of MS Office.
