• Produce accurate quantity take-offs, BOQs and cost breakdown for tender packages, variations, and mid-project scope changes.
• Keep a live budget-vs-actual tracker per project and flag deviations.
• Price, evaluate, and negotiate variation orders, maintain the master Claims & Variations register across all live sites, with clear status and next action on each line in alignment with the contract
• Prepare claim notices, extension-of-time submissions, and commercial letters.
• Put together a monthly commercial position report for senior management — risk exposure, open claims, and a recommendation.
• Liaise with architects, consultants, and clients on the project details during both tender and execution stages.
• Prepare, check and revise projects drawings, documentation and records to make sure they are approved by the consultant.
• Follow-up with subcontractors during negotiations and offer award (Contracts – Evaluations – RFQs).
• Coordinate and prepare drawings with different Activity (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing /Civil…. etc.)
• manage technical aspects of interior finishing construction projects from design to completion ,including estimating, scheduling, preparing/ reviewing shop drawings, and budgeting when needed.
• Preparing project preliminary time schedules and execution updates.
