Job Purpose

We are looking for a motivated Marketing Specialist to support the implementation of marketing activities for Cleopatra Food and Madeira brands.

This is a traditional and field marketing role, not a Digital Marketing position. The role focuses on in-store activities, product sampling, promotional campaigns, market visits, point-of-sale activities, competitor monitoring, and coordination with suppliers and agencies.

The role will involve executing in-store tasting campaigns, promotional and advertising activities, point-of-sale initiatives, and printed marketing materials in line with the approved marketing plans, brand identity, quality standards, and deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute annual, monthly, and daily brand plans according to approved priorities and instructions.

• Implement marketing policies and operational activities to ensure the achievement of marketing objectives.

• Support the execution of Go-to-Market plans and identify new market opportunities and product categories.

• Conduct field market visits and collect data related to consumer behavior, customer needs, market trends, and competitors.

• Collect competitors’ prices and prepare regular price comparisons and pricing analysis databases.

• Implement approved promotional and advertising activities according to the brand plan.

• Participate in promotional activities, events, and point-of-sale activations.

• Execute in-store tasting campaigns and coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Ensure the availability of all required products, tools, and materials according to the approved schedule.

• Follow up on the delivery of printed promotional materials and ensure that quantities and specifications meet the approved requirements.

• Coordinate with suppliers, agencies, and vendors to ensure the timely delivery and efficient execution of marketing activities.

• Monitor activity budgets, document implementation progress, identify issues, and report improvement requirements to the Brand Manager.

• Collect execution data, results, and observations and prepare periodic reports according to the required format.

• Prepare campaign reports and submit them to the Brand Manager.

• Collect and analyze customer feedback during field activities and submit the required reports.

• Coordinate with the Graphic Design team to prepare materials for new product launches, ensuring accurate technical specifications, brand guidelines, and quality standards.

• Prepare Product Briefs for new products and products to be promoted through digital marketing channels.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or any related field.

• 1 -3 Years of Experience.

• A Marketing course or relevant training is an advantage.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good knowledge of basic marketing principles.

• Good command of Microsoft Office, email, and internet applications.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to follow up on tasks.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Willingness to work in the field and participate in marketing activities and events.

• Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
