Performance Marketing Specialist | Remote | Base + Commission Meta Ads & Google Ads | Lead Generation & E-Commerce We’re looking for a high-performing Performance Marketing Specialist to join a growing remote-first marketing team. The Role You’ll be responsible for managing client accounts, running paid advertising campaigns, and helping businesses generate measurable growth. What You’ll DoManage and optimise Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns Build and optimise lead generation and e-commerce campaigns Monitor campaign performance and identify growth opportunities Communicate directly with clients about performance and strategy Develop recommendations to improve campaign results Help clients scale through smarter paid media strategies Contribute to long-term client retention and account growth Who We’re Looking For This role is a strong fit for someone who:Has 1+ year of experience in a digital marketing agency Has hands-on experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads Has worked on lead generation and/or e-commerce campaigns Is confident communicating directly with clients Has strong written and spoken English Is highly organised, responsive, and self-motivated Can work independently with minimal supervision Takes initiative instead of waiting to be told what to do Cares about delivering measurable results Your clients should feel like they have someone who is genuinely invested in their success.
