Role Description The OTA Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo, Egypt. This role is responsible for managing online travel agency (OTA) listings and Airbnb profiles, including updating property information, pricing, availability, and promotions. The OTA Specialist will monitor booking performance, respond to guest inquiries and messages promptly, and coordinate with the operations team to ensure accurate reservations and smooth check-in/check-out experiences. Daily tasks include analyzing occupancy and market trends, optimizing listings for visibility and conversion, and maintaining consistency of branding and content across all platforms. The role also involves handling guest reviews, resolving issues in a professional manner, and supporting overall guest satisfaction and revenue growth. Qualifications Experience managing listings on OTA platforms (e.g., Airbnb, Booking.com, Expedia) and understanding of online distribution channels. Strong skills in written communication, content creation for listings, and attention to detail when updating property information. Ability to analyze booking data, pricing, and market trends to support revenue optimization and occupancy targets. Customer service skills with the ability to handle guest inquiries, messages, and issues in a timely and professional manner. Proficiency with basic office software and web-based tools; comfort working with multiple dashboards and systems. Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Fluency in English; proficiency in Arabic or additional languages is an advantage. Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or travel services is preferred. Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field is beneficial. Willingness to work on-site in Cairo and collaborate closely with operations and guest services teams.
