تفاصيل الوظيفة
Develop and review Fire & Life Safety (FLS) strategies and architectural life safety plans.
• Ensure compliance with IBC, IFC, NFPA, SBC 201 & 801and Egyptian local codes.
• Prepare and review life safety drawings, egress plans, occupant load calculations, fire compartmentation, and fire-resistance plans.
• Review architectural drawings for code compliance and identify design issues.
• Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Structural, and BIM teams to ensure code-compliant designs.
• Prepare code compliance reports and support authority submissions.
• Attend meetings with clients and authorities when required
• Participate in design reviews and resolve fire and life safety-related issues.
