Required profile :
As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant (M/F). Based in Casablanca, your mission will be to support our clients in the banking sector in their transformation projects.
As an Organization / AMOA Banking Consultant, your main missions will be:
- Analysis of business needs and writing of specifications.
- Definition of target processes and functional architectures.
- Support for business teams in the deployment of solutions.
- Application testing and change management.
- Strategic advice to business and IT management.
You will be the preferred link between business teams and technical teams, thus ensuring the alignment of solutions with business objectives.
Required profile :
The candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Perfect command of French and English
- Availability for international travel
- Degree from a Moroccan or foreign business or engineering school
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience in internal banking consulting or management consulting firm.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills
- Ability to structure and solve complex problems
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Autonomy and proactivity
- Adaptability and team spirit
- Knowledge of the banking sector is a plus
