The inbound call center agent is responsible for responding by phone to incoming customer calls. His role is to identify their needs and provide a solution as quickly as possible. Sometimes, he also has to finalize sales. Reporting to the team leader, his main missions consist of:
Receiving incoming customer calls
Actively listening to callers
Identifying their needs, analyzing their requests and directing them
Maintaining the highest quality of customer service
Ensuring the achievement of the quantitative and qualitative objectives of the project.
Before taking charge of the mission, a complete training is provided to prepare them for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to them.
Desired Candidate Profile
Perfect command of the French language, with good oral and written fluency. Excellent argumentation skills. Commercial logic. Real listening skills. Unwavering empathy.
