Job :

As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our prospecting department by recruiting Prospecting Managers in Marrakech.

Assigned to the Expansion Department, your role is to contribute to the development of the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.

Missions & Responsibilities:

• Build and track a file of potential business opportunities;
• Analyze the needs of the BU Management through knowledge of the local and regional market and market studies;
• Take charge of negotiating rental conditions;
• Present and get projects approved by the BU Management / the Investment Monitoring Committee;
• Carry out the necessary requests for administrative authorizations;
• Achieve objectives in terms of the number of leases.

Required profile :

• With a Bac+5 (Master's degree) in commerce, you have at least 2 years of experience in commercial and field prospecting.
• Good knowledge of commercial and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of public and private stakeholders.
• Good understanding of commercial development prospects, the market, and competition.
• Results-oriented, good interpersonal skills, good communication and organizational skills.
