Job :

As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are strengthening our prospecting department by recruiting Prospecting Managers in Marrakech.

Assigned to the Expansion Department, your role is to contribute to the development of the real estate business by taking charge of prospecting for new store locations.

Missions & Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a database of potential business opportunities;
• Analyze the needs of the BU Management through local and regional market knowledge and market research;
• Take charge of negotiating rental conditions;
• Present and validate projects with BU Management / the Investment Monitoring Committee;
• Submit the necessary administrative authorization requests;
• Achieve objectives in terms of the number of rentals.

Required profile :

• With a Master's degree (Bac+5) in business, you have at least 2 years of experience in commercial and field prospecting.
• Good knowledge of commercial and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of public and private sector stakeholders.
• Good understanding of commercial development prospects, the market, and competition.
• Results-oriented, good interpersonal skills, communication, and organizational skills.
