Join a dynamic company in the IT sector in the heart of Casablanca. As a Senior Consultant Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud, your mission will be to support our clients in transforming their customer experience through innovative solutions.

Actively contribute to the success of our clients' projects by providing in-depth expertise on the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms. Aim for excellence in the design and implementation of high-performance solutions, while ensuring customer satisfaction and developing lasting relationships of trust.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Analyzing clients' business needs and translating them into functional and technical specifications.
• Configuring and customizing Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
• Designing and implementing complex workflows, automations, and integrations.
• Training and supporting end-users and internal teams.
• Providing technical support and strategic advice to optimize platform usage.
• Keeping up-to-date with technological advancements in the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required profile :

You hold a degree level of Master's degree or higher, ideally in the field of IT or Electronics.

Professional experience of 5 to 10 years is required, with demonstrated expertise in Salesforce, specifically on the Sales and Service clouds.

To excel in this role, the following skills are sought:

• In-depth mastery of the Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platform.
• Excellent analytical, design, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage complex projects and interact with various stakeholders.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Knowledge of project management methodologies (Agile preferred).
• Salesforce certifications (Administrator, Consultant) would be a plus.
