As part of the development of our Supeco business unit, we are recruiting a Promo Merchandise Manager.

Main Mission:

Your main mission is to manage Supeco's promotional operations by ensuring the availability of items, compliance with commitments and deadlines, stock reliability, and the proper execution of commercial plans, in coordination with Supply Chain and stores.

Missions & Responsibilities:

• Promotional Operations: Ensure the availability of promotional items within deadlines, track store commitments, and oversee the deployment of commercial events.
• In-store Execution: Ensure the proper implementation of promotional plans and compliance with commercial priorities and setup deadlines.
• Inventory and Availability: Monitor promotional inventory, anticipate risks of stock-outs or overstock, and manage corrective actions with Purchasing and Logistics.
• Promotional Balances: Supervise the liquidation of remaining stock and ensure the reliability of inventory data and movements related to promotions.
  

Required profile :

Higher education (Master's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Inventory Management, or Purchasing).
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar role, ideally gained in hypermarkets.
Proficiency in inventory management and optimization.
Good knowledge of Supply Chain processes.
Analytical mindset.
Organized, autonomous, and proactive.
