Job :
As part of the development of our distribution network, Ingelec is recruiting GSB Promoters to ensure the promotion of our products within DIY superstores and contribute to achieving sales goals.
Positions based in: Bricoma: Salé - Témara - Mohammedia.
Mr. Bricolage: Tangier - Marrakech
Main tasks:
- Promote products to customers in stores.
- Conduct demonstrations and present the technical features of products.
- Advise and guide customers in their purchases.
- Ensure product visibility and compliance with merchandising plans.
- Monitor product availability on shelves and report stock shortages.
- Increase brand visibility within sales points.
- Collect market information and relay customer feedback.
- Prepare regular activity reports.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
- Commercial or technical training, high school diploma/associate's degree (Bac/Bac+2).
- Some knowledge of DIY, tools, or materials is highly valued.
- Ability to identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Dynamic, autonomous, and proactive.
