Freight forwarding managers (Full Remote) | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

• Proactively solicit carriers for international road transport.
• Identify, prospect, and integrate new subcontractors.
• Build and maintain a reliable database of carriers.
• Negotiate rates and commercial terms with transport companies.
• Develop and maintain long-term professional relationships with subcontractors.
• Plan, organize, and supervise incoming transport orders.
• Monitor operations and ensure compliance with deadlines and customer requirements.
• Optimize operational processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of activities.
• Organize and participate in commercial prospecting and sales campaigns.
• Prepare activity and performance reports.
• Collaborate closely with other departments of the company.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Higher education, ideally in transport, logistics, purchasing, international trade, or Supply Chain.
• 1 to 3 years of experience in international road transport, freight forwarding, or subcontractor management is an asset.
• Proficiency in German is essential, both spoken and written.
• Good command of professional English.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of international road transport operations.
• Proficiency in computer tools and management software.
