Reporting to the Planning Coordinator, your responsibilities will include:

• Preparing and leading the S&OP meeting: Sales and Operations Planning;

• Ensuring the integration of S&OP data into the schedule; •

Verifying the alignment of the schedule with production;

• Analyzing the customer supply chain and reporting any discrepancies;

• Integrating smoothing into SAP;

• Coordinating with various departments (Production, Methods, Procurement, etc.);

• Participating in the deployment of the energy management system, adhering to energy consumption optimization guidelines in your workstation;

• Reporting any instances of energy waste and proposing ideas for reducing consumption;

• Ensuring compliance with the manufacturing cycle;

• Managing communication with the customer, planning, scheduling, and launching production orders.

 Ensure compliance with Health, Safety and Environment rules, in particular vital rules, and participate in their deployment (I move carefully, I work with caution, I handle with care, I power on safely, I optimize my workspace, I know the risks).

Job Requirements

Knowledge:

• Minimum education level: Master's degree (BAC +5

) • More than 3 years of

experience Skills:

• Good technical knowledge of the company's business

• Proficiency in computer tools (especially MS Office)

• Ability to use production forecasts

Soft skills:

• Strong interpersonal skills

• Rigor/responsiveness
