Carry out manufacturing orders according to the instructions described in the manufacturing file. Strictly follow the instructions on the worksheet. Perform traceability checks on manufacturing operations. Verify the conformity of tooling, calibrations, and expiration dates, and report any date overruns to the team leader + note the deviation in QRAP (Quick Response Action Plan). Report quality deviations to the batch manager: non-conformity of documentation, materials, sub-assemblies, in quantity or quality + note the deviation in QRAP. Respect the assembler's golden rules. Know and apply the instruction sheets and procedures related to the workstation or product. Justify any overruns in allocated manufacturing times to the batch managers. Perform self-inspection operations in accordance with procedures and instructions. Maintain and organize your workstation in accordance with the established procedures. Adhere to the 5S methodology requirements. Alert the batch manager in case of non-conformity of products or sub-assemblies + note the deviation in QRQC. Ensure compliance with daily objectives transmitted by the team leader in QRQC level 1 meetings. Respect hygiene and safety rules, particularly for the use of sensitive equipment or products. Get involved in the 5S and QRQC methodology. Issue corrective action requests (via QRQC) in case of anomalies affecting documentation or the assembly or machining process. Participate in actions to improve lead times and quality. Participate in training operations for production agents as part of cross-training initiatives. Report deviations/anomalies according to established QRQC standards. Respect Health, Safety and Environment rules and participate in the implementation of the HSE Management System.
