Management of a multidisciplinary team composed of engineers, technicians and blueprinters, as well as external service providers.

Development and maintenance in operational condition of the industrial equipment and tools.

Management of investments and purchases related to industrial resources. Design and industrialization of non-catalog resources and specific tooling, including the drafting of specifications.

Securing production resources through the management of spare parts, alternative resources, services and maintenance contracts, as well as the implementation of business continuity plans.

Enrichment and updating of experiment plans and failure trees.

Managing the launch of the One Safran Maintenance project.

Guarantee of metrology and monitoring of measuring equipment on site.

10+ years of experience in a similar position with team management
