Manage a tool shop within a new maintenance facility. - Recruit, train, develop skills, and manage a team of engineers and technicians within the tool shop, reporting to the technical management of the LEAP SAESC MRO shop.

In accordance with the company's industrial policy, the Tooling Store Manager is responsible for the management, availability, and proper condition of all equipment and tools necessary for maintenance operations carried out in the workshop. Main responsibilities: Manage the operational aspects of the tooling store, ensuring the organization, supply, and proper maintenance of inventory, optimizing flows, and guaranteeing equipment traceability. Manage the store team (warehouse staff, preparers), organize the distribution of tasks, and oversee the team's skills development. Ensure the availability of specific tools and equipment, anticipate needs, and coordinate tooling purchases or manufacturing requests in conjunction with the technical and maintenance teams. Implement and monitor control, preventive maintenance, and periodic verification procedures for tooling to ensure regulatory compliance and workshop safety. Participate in the continuous improvement of warehouse processes: propose and implement levers for inventory optimization, digitize workflows, and standardize methods. Contribute to various performance analyses (tooling availability indicators, inventory turnover rates, cost tracking) and provide regular reporting to workshop management. Serve as the primary contact for production, engineering, maintenance, and purchasing teams on all tooling-related matters.

Desired Candidate Profile

Master's degree (Bac+5) in a relevant field (such as logistics management, inventory management, industrial maintenance, or workshop technology); equivalent experience will also be considered. Significant experience in warehouse or tooling management, ideally in an industrial environment. Technical skills in mechanics, and ideally in aeronautics. Proficiency in inventory management software and inventory methods. Strong team management skills, ability to unite a team around safety, quality, and efficiency. Excellent organizational skills, rigor, responsiveness, and autonomy. Ability to work collaboratively across departments and a commitment to continuous improvement. Knowledge of regulatory standards and requirements (safety, equipment compliance) is an asset.
