Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will supervise and optimize operations. You will manage interventions, monitor performance and service quality, and ensure process efficiency, resource management and customer satisfaction while respecting deadlines and costs.

Responsibility s:

• Coordination and supervision of teams of 20 to 40 employees.
• To ensure the smooth operation of the production unit and to achieve the set objectives.
• Ensure compliance of internal processes and service contracts.
• Prepare staff coverage and optimize production team planning.
• Defining missions, managing skills and maintaining a balance between workload and available staff.
• Analyze the results, identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
• Maintaining constant contact with field agencies to ensure optimal coordination.
• To supervise, motivate and develop the skills of the members of the production unit.
• Production committee facilitation and internal management of the region.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3 level), preferably in telecommunications or computer networks
• Minimum 5 years' experience in telecommunications, preferably in the FTTH sector
• Mandatory experience in management and team leadership
• Essential mastery of French
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
