Manage procurement activities and ensure the availability of materials and components necessary for production. Define and optimize procurement parameters in line with inventory objectives and production needs. Analyze requirements generated by MRP and ensure their timely processing. Manage supplier orders, monitor their confirmation, and ensure adherence to delivery deadlines. Negotiate deadlines, quantities, and priorities with suppliers based on operational needs. Monitor manufacturing progress at suppliers in collaboration with the Quality, Purchasing, Methods, and Industrialization teams. Manage the flow of materials until component receipt, in coordination with the Logistics teams. Anticipate and identify risks that could impact production and implement necessary action plans. Monitor and analyze supplier performance through supply indicators and service levels. Ensure activity and performance reporting to management. Coordinate the processing of supplier returns with the Quality, Purchasing, and Logistics teams. Maintain regular communication with internal clients regarding lead times and component availability. Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the optimization of stock levels. Participate in resolving stockouts or delays and ensure the follow-up of recovery plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Holding a Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Logistics, Purchasing Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field, you have significant experience in procurement, ideally within an industrial or aerospace environment. You are proficient in inventory management principles, MRP, and supplier flow management. Knowledge of an ERP system, particularly SAP, is a plus.
