Legal Counsel (M/F) | Casablanca (Morocco)

As a legal counsel, you will be responsible for the following main tasks:
•Analyzing contractual documents and their associated risks;
•Drafting legal opinions and advice;
•Assisting in the negotiation of markets and contracts of all kinds;
•Participating in setting up insurance policies and managing claims;
•Managing and monitoring all documentation related to company law and its application within the company (drafting statutes, minutes of meetings, etc.)
•Managing pre-litigation and litigation (social and commercial) in relation with lawyers and operational departments;
•Drafting legal documents and notes;
•Carrying out legal advice and audit missions;
•Handling all other legal issues related to the company's business.
Required profile :
- With a degree (Bac+3 or higher) in business law, you have at least 3 years of experience as a legal counsel.
- You are proficient in office software.
