Job :

• Contractual Security: Negotiate and draft robust agreements to ensure lasting relationships with partners while protecting the strategic interests of Groupe Smeia.
• Contract Lifecycle Management: Manage the renewal schedule and ensure rigorous follow-up of the Group's entire contractual portfolio.
• Compliance & Regulatory Watch: Ensure the permanent compliance of the Group's activities with Moroccan legislation and current sector regulations.

Required profile :

With strong expertise in contract law. Holder of a specialized Master 2 degree and 5 to 8 years of experience in a law firm or a large group, they have a perfect command of drafting complex agreements and commercial negotiation. Rigorous and organized, they precisely manage the contract lifecycle and renewal schedules, while ensuring Groupe Smeia's compliance with regulatory changes and applicable laws. A true facilitator, they know how to balance the protection of the company's legal interests with its operational needs. Finally, their perfect command of French, Arabic, and ideally English, combined with excellent communication skills, allows them to effectively support business departments in securing their partner relationships.
