Main responsibilities: In a rapidly evolving environment, you will play a strategic role in defining and executing the company's technological vision. You will be responsible for the performance of the engineering teams, the quality of developments, and the implementation of best practices to accelerate the delivery of high-value-added products and services. Reporting to the General Management, you will work closely with the Product, Data, Architecture, and Business teams to ensure that technological challenges are aligned with the organization's business objectives. Responsibilities: Leadership & Team Management: Supervise, develop, and support engineering teams and technical managers. Create an environment that fosters collaboration, innovation, and operational excellence. Support skills development and talent growth. Participate in the recruitment and retention of strategic technical profiles. Strategy & Technology Governance: Define and manage the company's engineering strategy. Ensure the consistency of technical and architectural choices. Implement development standards, processes, and best practices. Ensure alignment between business objectives and technological directions. Engineering Excellence & Delivery: Supervise the execution of technology projects and programs. Guarantee the quality, security, and performance of developed solutions. Develop DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices. Optimize development processes to improve team efficiency. Architecture & Modernization: Supporting platform transformation and modernization initiatives; overseeing cloud, API, and distributed architecture strategies; ensuring the robustness, resilience, and scalability of solutions. Innovation & Transformation: Identifying value-creating technological opportunities; promoting a culture of innovation and continuous improvement; supporting the adoption of new technologies and the evolution of engineering practices.

Desired Candidate Profile

Advanced degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent. Proven experience managing large engineering teams. Solid expertise in software development, application architecture, and cloud environments. Mastery of DevOps, DevSecOps, and CI/CD practices. Experience in agile and product-oriented organizations. Recognized leadership, strategic vision, and excellent interpersonal skills. Strong ability to unite multidisciplinary teams around common goals. Excellent command of English.
