Main responsibilities: In a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment, you will be responsible for the governance, execution, and management of a portfolio of strategic products and programs. You will play a key role in aligning business, product, and technological objectives to ensure the efficient and continuous delivery of high-value initiatives. Reporting to the General Management, you will collaborate closely with the Product, Technology, Data, and Design teams, as well as various stakeholders, to ensure the execution of roadmaps and optimize team performance.

Responsibilities: Governance & Portfolio Management: Structure and manage the organization's strategic programs; Ensure visibility and monitoring of ongoing initiatives; Ensure alignment between business priorities, roadmaps, and team capabilities; Identify and arbitrate major risks, dependencies, and roadblocks; Lead governance and program management bodies; Operational Excellence & Delivery: Define and deploy delivery standards and best practices; Supervise the planning and execution of product roadmaps; Guarantee the quality of deliveries and adherence to commitments; Optimize development and production cycles; Ensure the continuous improvement of processes and working methods; Team Management: Mentor and support managers and product owners; Develop team skills and promote agile methods; Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and performance; Support problem-solving Complex systems and supporting decision-making. Cross-functional coordination. Ensuring the interface between the different functions of the company. Facilitating the alignment of stakeholders around strategic priorities. Guaranteeing the coherence of initiatives and their contribution to business objectives. Strengthening collaboration between business teams and implementation teams. Performance management. Defining and monitoring key performance indicators. Measuring the quality, predictability, and efficiency of deliverables. Producing reports for management. Identifying optimization levers and managing associated improvement plans.

Desired Candidate Profile

Advanced degree in engineering, management, or equivalent. Proven experience in managing complex digital programs and products. Excellent command of Agile methodologies and product-oriented environments. Solid experience in portfolio management and cross-functional coordination. Demonstrated experience in managing multidisciplinary teams. Strong ability to influence and manage stakeholders. Strategic vision combined with a strong results orientation. Excellent command of French and English.
