Job :

A major player in large-scale retail, LABELVIE is looking for a Regional Department Head M/F to drive the performance of a group of stores, ensuring the achievement of commercial, human, and operational objectives.

Your main missions

Support store performance

• Monitor performance indicators for your area and analyze results.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose appropriate action plans.
• Support stores in achieving their commercial and operational goals.

Deploy the brand's strategy

• Participate in the implementation of strategic directions within your region.
• Ensure the proper application of commercial policies, procedures, and brand standards.
• Monitor regional actions and projects.

Support field teams

• Advise and support Store Managers and Supervisors in their daily activities.
• Participate in the development of team skills through coaching and sharing best practices.
• Contribute to the dissemination of a performance and continuous improvement culture.

Ensure quality of execution

• Conduct regular store visits to ensure compliance with standards.
• Ensure the quality of the customer experience, product availability, and proper execution of commercial operations.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures, safety, and hygiene rules.

Required profile :

Profile Sought:

• Higher education, Bachelor's/Master's degree (Business school, Master's degree or equivalent).
• Successful experience in multi-site management or in managing one or more stores in Large Retail, Retail, GMS or FMCG.
• Good command of commercial and operational performance indicators.
• Field-oriented with a strong results focus.
• Ability to support, unite, and develop teams.
• Proficiency with management and analysis tools.
