We are recruiting for our client, a company specializing in digital solutions and HR support, an IT Recruitment Officer for remote work to strengthen its Talent Acquisition team.

Main tasks:

• IT sourcing on specialized platforms.
• Qualification of technical profiles: developers, system engineers, DevOps, QA, etc.
• Conducting phone and video interviews.
• Candidate pipeline management and regular reporting.
• Collaboration with technical managers to define needs.
• Full follow-up of the recruitment process until integration.

Required profile :

Profile sought:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 / Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or a similar field.
• Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in IT recruitment.
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and technical environments.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to assess technical skills.
• Autonomy, organization, analytical skills.
• Comfort with remote work.
