Within the Human Resources department, you will contribute to HR development, sourcing, and the management of CVs and job offers.
Your tasks will be:
Analysis of internal client needs.
Writing job descriptions.
Publishing job postings to recruit candidates according to client requests.
Searching for candidates (CVs) via job boards, recruitment sites, and social networks, etc.
Conducting pre-qualification of candidates through telephone interviews and highlighting skills according to needs.
