The Foundever Group is recruiting customer service representatives for its Casanearshore site. The role involves providing technical support to customers experiencing difficulties, fostering loyalty and satisfaction by delivering comprehensive and reliable responses to their requests.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Answering customer calls;

• Listening to and diagnosing their needs to provide appropriate solutions;

• Applying established processes and proficiently using the tools;

• Reporting any information that could identify malfunctions or improve procedures;

• Contributing to the smooth operation of the service;

• Ensuring that the qualitative and quantitative objectives set by production are met.

Primary Job Responsibilitie

Desired Profile

• High school diploma or higher;

• Good level of French (spoken and written);

• Good listening and service skills;

• Good computer skills;

• Diligent, involved, punctual.
