• Organizes and manages the physical phases of the project, deploys and manages the project dashboards,
• Organize the preparation of each phase in accordance with the roadmap.
• Verifies the quality of planning in the trades, and guides them, where necessary, in the implementation of preventive or corrective action plans.
• Structure the project's work phases.
• Establishes phase management rituals,
• Prepare the planning/quality grid deliverables for each milestone, consistent with its activities.
• Establishes detailed plans for prototype resources, ensures their updating, and manages their implementation, from the first prototypes to the production vehicles, up to their delivery to end-user clients.
• Is responsible for aligning prototype budgets at each phase of the project, and ensures adherence to them.
• Order shuttle vehicles for SRUB & pr-VRS (OCVS vouchers, OF, shipping order...),
• Participates in the review sessions of the Resource Descriptions (RDs) and is responsible for meeting the objectives for the project's vehicle fleets.
• Participate in the rituals of projects requiring involvement and/or added value (e.g., planning).
• Applies project management standards and provides feedback (RETEX) for continuous improvement.
• Establishes detailed plans for physical validation methods, ensures their updating, and manages their implementation, from initial validation methods to production vehicles, up to delivery to end-user clients.
• Organizes KPIs/reporting and ensures the updating of all dashboards.
• Prepares deliverables for each milestone/technical review of the DAPF business in line with its activities.

Desired Candidate Profile

With a Bac+5 degree (engineering degree from a top engineering school or university) in an industrial field,

Knowledge techniques:

• Knowledge of the phases of automotive design,
• Fundamentals of project management,
• Very good level of communication in French.
• Interpersonal skills.
