Your role:

As a Talent & Career Development Specialist, you will support the professional development of employees and manage talent, career, internal mobility, and performance initiatives. Your role will directly contribute to talent retention, anticipating skills needs, and improving the employee experience.

You are also the point of contact for the Quality of Working Life (QWL) project and support internal candidates throughout their mobility journey.

• Supporting employees in building and achieving their career goals through career interviews.
• Facilitate the internal mobility process and gather employees' career development aspirations.
• Manage mobility outside of open positions (on-site promotion, classification changes, mobility related to identified reorganizations, reclassifications or successions), in coordination with the HR Manager.
• Design and develop the rules, pathways and bridges for professional development within the company.
• Contribute to the development of proposals for employee development, promotion and recognition.

• Identify and promote mobility opportunities for internal talent.
• Collaborating with the Recruitment team to promote internal candidates and succession pools.
• Supporting employees throughout their internal mobility journey.
• Provide constructive feedback to unsuccessful candidates and define a suitable development plan with them.
• Facilitate integration and ensure follow-up for employees who have undertaken a mobility program, particularly for 3 and 6 months.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal mobility policy and practices.

Performance management and interview campaigns

• Manage the entire annual review process.
• Deploy the group's calendar and define the tools, communication materials and support actions for managers.
• To guarantee the quality and reliability of the data collected.
• Analyze the results and produce reports and recommendations for Management.
• Identify development needs and ensure their transmission to the Training teams.

Talent management and succession planning

• Facilitate talent reviews with managers and senior management.
• Identify potential talent and strategic positions within the organization.
• Develop and monitor succession plans to secure key skills.
• Define and coordinate individualized development pathways: training, mentoring, coaching, cross-functional missions or mobility.
• Ensure the confidentiality of data and exchanges related to talent management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Higher education (Bac+4/Bac+5) in Human Resources, Management, or equivalent.
• At least 4 years' experience in a similar role in HR development, talent management, internal mobility or career management.
• Good command of talent management processes, interview campaigns and internal mobility schemes.
• Proficient in supporting employees and advising managers.
• Proficiency in office software and an HRIS.
