Bühler Group in Casablanca Morocco is looking for a skilled individual to join our team as Customer Service Sales this role you will grow our after-sales business (spare parts service agreements retrofits and upgrades) with milling and food-processing customers in North Africa develop our customer base implement the business strategy and ensure that business targets are achieved.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• Identify new business opportunities and promote spare parts retrofits and service solutions.

• Prepare quotations proposals and negotiate orders with customers.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support business growth.

• Update CRM data coordinate with internal teams and achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Mechanical Electrical Process or Agri-Food Engineering.

• Minimum 5 years experience in technical sales or service in milling grain processing or food-processing equipment.

• Fluent in English French and Arabic.

• Willingness to travel up to 80% within the territory.

• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

• Proven ability to work in a matrix organization.
