Main responsibilities

As Head of Technical Inspection Centre, you ensure the overall management of the centre and ensure the achievement of defined commercial and operational objectives.

In particular, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with regulations and specifications, the quality of operations, and the management and supervision of the center's teams.

In this role, your main responsibilities cover:

• Technical management : ensuring the smooth running of control operations and compliance with regulatory requirements;
• Human resources management : supervising, supporting and organizing the activities of the center's teams;
• Administrative management : ensuring the administrative follow-up and proper conduct of the center's activities;
• Accounting management : ensuring the monitoring of accounting operations related to the activity;
• Commercial management : contributing to the achievement of objectives and ensuring the quality of the customer relationship;
• Inventory management : ensuring the monitoring and availability of supplies and equipment necessary for the operation of the center.

The intervention area mainly covers Tangier and its region, as well as any other company site in case of reassignment.

Desired Candidate Profile

Profile

• Minimum Bac+3 degree , with a scientific, technical, logistics or IT background;
• Good level in French and English , both written and spoken;
• Proven experience in supervising and managing teams;
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with different people;
• Sense of organization and priorities;
• Good analytical skills;
• Rigour and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Good mastery of computer tools ;
• Ability to translate defined guidelines into operational actions;
• Ability to analyze and understand the issues at stake in the activity;
• Ability to communicate effectively with teams and clients regarding actions to be taken;
• Ability to simultaneously manage the operational, human, administrative and commercial dimensions of a center;
• Experience in the automotive sector is desirable .
