As part of the team expansion for one of our clients, a major player in the financial sector, we are seeking a Payment Project Manager with solid expertise in managing projects related to payment methods and systems. The position is based in Casablanca.

You will be involved in strategic projects for the transformation and evolution of payment solutions, acting as the interface between business teams, IT teams and various partners.

Your main responsibilities:

• Manage AMOA projects related to payment methods and payment systems, from scoping to production.
• Gather, analyze and formalize the functional requirements of the different business units.
• Write the detailed specifications and functional specifications.
• Ensure coordination between the third-party teams, the technical teams and external service providers.
• Participate in the evolution and optimization of payment processes and solutions.
• Organize and supervise the functional testing, validation and deployment phases.
• Monitor project schedules, risks, deliverables and performance indicators.
• Supporting users in managing change and adopting new solutions.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Education: Bac+5, diploma from a top engineering school.
• Experience: Minimum 6 years of professional experience in managing AMOA projects, with a specialization in payments, means of payment or payment systems.
• Experience gained in the banking sector is a significant asset.
• Good knowledge of electronic environments, payment flows and associated banking processes.
• Mastery of project management methodologies, acceptance testing phases and monitoring tools.
• Excellent analytical, coordination and communication skills.
• Autonomy, rigor and the ability to thrive in complex environments involving multiple stakeholders.
