Head of Clinical Patient Care & Shipping | Agadir (Morocco)

Job :

Coordinate and supervise all activities related to patient care (PEC) and shipping of patient records.

Ensure the follow-up, control, and validation of patient care files with mutual insurance companies, insurance companies, and private organizations.

Ensure the compliance and completeness of files, as well as adherence to internal procedures and contractual requirements.

Supervise the processing and shipping of files in compliance with deadlines and current procedures.

Ensure coordination with insurance organizations, contracted partners, and various departments involved.

Collaborate closely with the BAF, billing, and collection teams to ensure the smooth administrative flow for patients.

Develop and monitor dashboards and activity reports related to patient care and shipping.

Identify malfunctions and contribute to the continuous improvement of patient care and shipping processes.

Manage and support the team in carrying out its missions and ensure that set objectives are met.

Required profile :

• Bachelor's degree (Bac +3) in Accounting, Management, Administration, or equivalent degree.
• Significant experience in managing patient care and shipping of records within a healthcare facility.
• Good command of patient care procedures and relations with third-party payers (insurance companies, mutual insurance, private organizations, etc.).
• Proficiency in procedures for processing, controlling, and shipping administrative files.
• Good command of computer tools and, ideally, hospital management software.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to coordinate effectively with various internal and external stakeholders.
• Rigor, organizational skills, responsiveness, and ability to manage priorities in a demanding environment.
• Team spirit and ability to work under pressure.
