As part of strengthening its teams, a leading health facility based in Agadir is looking for an Admissions & Billing Manager to lead and coordinate all activities related to admissions, patient coverage (PEC), billing, and the patient's administrative process.
Main missions:
Lead and supervise all activities of the Admissions & Billing department, ensuring the coordination of teams responsible for admissions, patient coverage (PEC), and billing.
Ensure the proper management of the entire patient administrative process, from admission to discharge and billing.
Supervise and control processes related to admissions, patient coverage (PEC), billing, and collections.
Ensure the accuracy and completeness of administrative files and the information needed for billing.
Ensure the reliability of invoices and compliance with internal procedures and the requirements of paying organizations.
Coordinate communication with medical, nursing, and administrative teams to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.
Identify issues in the patient process, analyze discrepancies, and implement necessary corrective actions.
Establish and monitor performance indicators related to admissions, patient coverage (PEC), and billing.
Optimize processes and ensure continuous improvement in the quality and performance of the patient administrative process.
Support, mentor, and unite administrative teams around performance and quality of service goals.
Required profile :
Profile sought:
Higher education in management, administration, finance, accounting, or a similar field.
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar role, or in managing billing and patient coverage (PEC) within a clinic.
Excellent command of the patient's administrative and financial process, from admission to billing.
Strong skills in managing and coordinating multiple administrative teams.
Good command of computer tools and Hospital Information Systems (HIS).
Analytical skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
Leadership, sense of responsibility, and ability to unite teams.
Results-oriented with a strong ability to identify and solve operational issues.
