General Housekeeper | Casablanca (Morocco)

Job :

We are hiring a General Housekeeper for a position based in Casablanca. This opportunity will allow you to take on a key role in a demanding environment, where service quality, organizational skills, and resident comfort are top priorities.

Your role will be essential in ensuring an impeccable and welcoming living environment, by maintaining the cleanliness, hygiene, and order of the living spaces.

Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of tasks aimed at maintaining a high standard of quality:

Supervise and coordinate cleaning and maintenance teams.
Ensure rigorous application of hygiene and disinfection protocols.
Manage stocks of cleaning products and linens, and place necessary orders.
Ensure preventive maintenance and report repair needs.
Participate in welcoming and integrating new residents, ensuring their comfort.
Contribute to creating a warm and safe atmosphere.

Required profile :

You have a minimum of a Bac+2 level education (equivalent to a 2-year college degree) in hotel management, hotel housekeeping, or a similar field.

You have 3 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar role, ideally gained in a healthcare facility or a hotel establishment.
