Assigned to the store management, your role is to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy.
For this, your areas of responsibility are:
- Administration & Social Affairs
- Training
- Recruitment
- Reporting and activity KPIs
Required profile : Profile sought:
With a Bac+4/5 degree in HR, you have proven experience of more than 2 years in which you have developed the following skills:
- Ability to ensure legal monitoring regarding the labor code related to social affairs
- Ability to manage social relations
- Ability to write professional documents
- Ability to facilitate the expression of expectations in terms of training and/or recruitment (plan, description, announcements) and to analyze needs (training actions, required profiles)
- Ability to manage the performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and to monitor indicators
