Job :

Assigned to the Store Management, your role is to ensure the implementation of the HR strategy.

For this, your areas of responsibility are:

• Administration & social affairs
• Training
• Recruitment
• Reporting and activity KPIs
  

Required profile :

With a Bac+4/5 degree in HR, you have proven experience of over 2 years in which you have developed the following skills:

• Ability to monitor legal developments concerning the labor code related to social affairs
• Ability to manage social relations
• Ability to write professional documents
• Ability to facilitate the expression of needs in terms of training and/or recruitment (plan, description, announcements) and to analyze needs (training actions, required profiles)
• Ability to manage the performance (reporting) of the activity within its scope and to monitor indicators

Customer service orientation, Self-control/Stress and conflict management, Analytical & synthesis skills, Initiative & Reactivity, and Developing others/Team management; are the assets and key success factors for this position.
