As part of the development of our Human Resources Department, we are looking for a Training Manager M/F.
Your main responsibilities
Definition and management of the training plan
- Gather, analyze, and challenge training needs with Directors and operational teams.
- Develop and implement the skills development plan in line with the company's strategic directions.
- Prioritize training actions according to business challenges.
Pedagogical engineering
- Design training courses and modules adapted to the identified needs.
- Define pedagogical objectives, content, and delivery methods.
- Ensure continuous improvement of training programs.
Administrative management of training
Evaluation of training effectiveness
- Implement tools to measure the impact of training.
- Conduct follow-up evaluations to assess skill transfer in the workplace.
- Propose improvement actions based on the results obtained.
Required profile :
Profile sought
- Higher education, Master's degree (Bac+5) in Human Resources, Training Engineering, or equivalent field.
- Proven experience within a training company or in a similar role.
- Strong skills in pedagogical engineering and training module design.
- Ability to communicate with stakeholders at different hierarchical levels and to challenge expressed needs.
- Good command of administrative training management.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
