As part of our continued development, we are recruiting customer advisors.

Our clients have already received approval for their credit application.

Your mission:

- Call them and guide them, step by step, as they complete their online application

- Answer their questions and assist them until completion.

Required profile :

• Good speaking ability, ease of oral communication, patience, and customer service skills.
• Previous customer service experience is a plus.

We are looking for team players who are autonomous, curious, and dynamic. People with strong human values, necessary for learning a trade that may be new, but is so exciting and rewarding.
