About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Specialist who can own the full sales cycle from incoming lead to signed contract.

Youll be responsible for qualifying opportunities understanding client needs leading meetings presenting the right commercial solution negotiating following up and closing deals.

What Youll Own

• Manage the full B2B sales cycle from lead qualification to close.
• Qualify incoming leads and identify the right opportunities to pursue.
• Conduct discovery calls meetings and client presentations.
• Understand workforce accommodation requirements including headcount location duration timing and budget.
• Work closely with internal teams to build the right solution for each client.
• Prepare and present commercial proposals.
• Lead negotiations and handle objections.
• Drive consistent follow-up and keep deals moving.
• Close deals and coordinate a smooth handover to operations.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline visibility.
• Build strong relationships with clients and decision-makers.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

What Success Looks Like

You can quickly understand a clients needs identify the right opportunities move deals forward and turn them into revenue.

You are commercially sharp organized persuasive strong in follow-up and comfortable dealing with decision-makers.

Most importantly you take ownership and keep things moving.

What Were Looking For

• 2 years of B2B sales experience.
• Experience managing the full sales cycle.
• Strong communication negotiation and closing skills.
• Excellent follow-up and pipeline management.
• Ability to manage multiple opportunities at the same time.
• Comfortable using CRM and digital tools.
• Fluent Arabic and good English.
• Experience in real estate services operations contracting workforce solutions or B2B services is a plus.
