Role Overview:We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled IT Administrator to support our growing operations in KSA. The role will be responsible for maintaining the company’s IT infrastructure, providing technical support to employees, ensuring system security, and supporting the day-to-day technology needs of the business.
The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills, experience managing office IT environments, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced and multi-business environment.
Key Responsibilities:IT Infrastructure & Systems Manage and maintain company IT infrastructure including desktops, laptops, printers, routers, switches, and network systems. Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and operating systems. Monitor system performance and ensure smooth daily IT operations. Support Microsoft 365 administration including Outlook, Teams, One Drive, and Share Point. Maintain user accounts, permissions, and access rights. Ensure proper backup, antivirus, and cybersecurity measures are implemented.
Technical Support Provide first-level and second-level IT support to employees. Troubleshoot hardware, software, email, internet, and connectivity issues. Support onboarding and offboarding setup including devices, accounts, and access credentials. Coordinate with external IT vendors and service providers when needed. Maintain IT inventory and asset tracking records.
Network & Security Management Monitor office network connectivity and internet performance. Support VPN, Wi-Fi, firewall, and security configurations. Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data protection practices. Assist in minimizing downtime and resolving technical incidents quickly.
Documentation & Administration Maintain IT documentation, manuals, and troubleshooting procedures. Prepare reports related to IT assets, incidents, and system updates. Support implementation of new technologies and system improvements. Assist with ERP, HRMS, CRM, and other business systems when required.
Requirements Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in IT administration or technical support roles. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows environments, and networking fundamentals. Experience managing office IT infrastructure and end-user support. Familiarity with cybersecurity practices, backups, and access management. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and support multiple users efficiently. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in GCC/KSA is an advantage. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
