• Conduct site inspections to verify compliance with engineering and architectural drawings.
• Review engineering and architectural drawings for accuracy, feasibility, and code compliance.
• Monitor and ensure contractor compliance with agreed technical specifications and standards.
• Assess the structural integrity of existing buildings and identify maintenance or renovation needs.
• Supervise civil modification works, ensuring works are executed to specification and schedule.
• Recommend corrective or preventive structural interventions as required.
• Assist in planning, measuring, and optimizing physical space allocations across classrooms, workshops, and administrative zones.
• Support the development of space utilization plans aligned with operational requirements.
• Provide accurate space data and layout recommendations.
• Oversee on-site execution of civil works to ensure quality and adherence to structural safety protocols.
• Ensure all works comply with local building standards and applicable regulations.
• Identify and escalate safety risks or non-conformances observed on site.
• Prepare and verify Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for civil and structural works.
• Review material submittals and technical scope specifications for accuracy and completeness.
• Support cost estimation and budgeting for civil/structural project components.
• Coordinate structural assessments and maintenance works with Facilities and Maintenance teams.
• Gather space requirements and coordinate layout changes with Academic/Administrative departments.
• Coordinate on BOQs, material submittals, and cost estimates with Procurement and Finance teams.
• Coordinate on-site safety compliance with Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) teams.
• Oversee execution, technical compliance, and quality of civil works with contractors and subcontractors.
• Review drawings and technical specifications with architectural and engineering consultants.
• Verify submittals and specifications with material and equipment suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with local building codes and standards with local regulatory and municipal authorities.
• Travel regularly and maintain on-site presence between EnergyTech Facilities across Saudi Arabia Dammam, Khafji and Yanbu.
• Use personal protective equipment (PPE) in active construction environments.
• Accommodate flexibility in working hours to meet site inspections, contractor schedules, and project deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Professional engineering registration/license (e.g., Saudi Council of Engineers membership) preferred.
• Additional certifications in project management, quantity surveying, or construction safety are an advantage.
• Experience working across multiple sites/locations is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination.
• Problem-solving and sound technical judgment under site conditions.
