• Develop and execute comprehensive hydrotesting procedures for piping and pipeline systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Oversee the preparation of systems for hydrotesting, including cleaning, isolation, and installation of temporary equipment like blinds and test gauges.
• Manage the pressurization and depressurization phases of hydrotests, meticulously monitoring pressure and temperature to prevent system damage.
• Conduct thorough leak detection and integrity checks during testing, accurately identifying and documenting any anomalies.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Minimum of 7years of progressive experience specifically in hydrotesting of piping and pipeline systems within the oil & gas, petrochemical, or construction sectors.

• Possession of relevant certifications such as Certified Welding Inspector (CWI) or API certifications (e.g., API is highly advantageous.

• Proven expertise in interpreting engineering drawings, P&IDs, isometrics, and relevant international codes (e.g., ASME B3, B4, B.
